By downloading or using RelocApp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
RelocApp is a city guide and relocation assistant for individuals and businesses. Users can browse places, events and services, post in the community, write reviews and make bookings. Organizations and specialists can present their offerings on the platform. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer or attempt to harm the service.
You are responsible for the posts, comments, photos and reviews you publish, and you must have the right to publish the photos you upload. You give RelocApp a free, non-exclusive right to store and show this content within the service while it is published. You can delete your content at any time.
When using RelocApp, you agree not to: post illegal, offensive, discriminatory or threatening content; post sexual content or anything harmful to children; insult, harass or intimidate other users or organizations; distribute political propaganda or extremist materials; promote or sell drugs or weapons; commit fraud; publish other people's personal data (phone numbers, passport or bank card details); encourage self-harm; post spam or advertising in the community; write fake reviews or false information about places, events or services; infringe intellectual property or copyright; or impersonate other users or organizations.
Posts are checked automatically and by moderators. We may refuse a post without stating the exact reason, hold it for review, close it or delete it, and we may remove any other content that breaks these Terms. Repeated violations can temporarily restrict posting, and an account or organization that keeps breaking the rules may be suspended or deleted. You can appeal a decision through Support in the app.
Organizations and specialists must give accurate information and keep their public contacts up to date. Information about visitors and bookings that RelocApp shows you may be used only to serve your customers: you may not use it for advertising, contact people outside their booking, or pass it on to anyone else. Booking requests should be answered promptly; requests left without an answer are cancelled automatically.
We strive to provide accurate information about places, events and services, but RelocApp does not guarantee that any content is complete or accurate. Always check important details with the provider.
RelocApp is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including issues with bookings or services of third-party partners.
We may update these Terms at any time and will notify users of significant changes in the app. Continued use of RelocApp after changes means you accept the new Terms.
